A New Tool for Re-Searchers

With the number of online databases to choose from it's often hard to know the best place to start looking for relevant material. We now have access to a great new tool called Searcher which allows multiple databases to be searched in one go!

Search results are listed by database, giving a good idea of which resources warrant further inspection. While Searcher doesn’t have some of the advanced searching features you'll find in individual databases, it can be very useful in the initial stages of research to help formulate your search strategy.

We have access to this tool via DCU's library website. You can link to it from the icon above and you can also find it in the online databases section of our own website.
